Sales Operation Specialist – Jobs at Univision

Job Description:

This position is based in New York will play an important role in the success of the Univision Audio Sales team. The Sales Operation Specialist will be a critical member on the ad sales and sales planning teams in the development and execution of cross platform media planning for all digital, broadcast, experiential and audio sales initiatives. The role will interface with several departments internally as well as clients to ensure fulfillment of sponsorship programs and customized marketing initiatives agreed upon by client. This individual must be technically skilled, self-directed, a clear communicator, detail oriented, innovative and display an incredible work ethic.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ownership of media planning for podcast, including ability to create multi-platform media campaigns across:
• Broadcast TV and Radio, spot, including local, national and multicast platforms in Spanish or English
• Digital including streaming audio, on-demand audio, video, display and custom digital content
• Experiential / Events, including live music, fairs and seminars and community/family
• Build and revise sales presentations to present to agencies and clients
• Collaborate with Account Coordinators to ensure execution of plans
• Manages integration plans with Partner Solutions and other departments to ideate and design integration strategies for both linear and digital properties
• Other duties as assigned by VP

Job Requirements:

• A positive, service-oriented and success-driven attitude with special attention to team work
• Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with tight turnarounds
• Strong fluency in English and Spanish
• Must be willing to work from offices in New York, NY
• Employment/Education will be verified
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 4+ experience in Media or agency; 4+ years sales experience in related field or industry
• Excellent attention to detail, process management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong marketing / presentation skills (sales presentations, ideation)
