Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Researcher to join our CI, Figure Production Team on a permanent basis, located at our Acton Studios in London.

Job Responsibilities:

• Have project ownership of allocated wax figures, overseeing all aspects of the project from concept to delivery, deliver projects to budget & timescales.
• Manage all department trackers, document logs and project admin up to date accurately.
• Liaise with attractions teams globally, communicating information on progress for Wax Figure production & media content.
• Focused on Recast figures delivering accurate picture research and supporting reference for wax figure production ensuring deliverables are fully approved, licensed and to the correct quality in time for each Figure’s production deadlines.
• Work with attractions and the Global Marketing teams as well as 3rd parties, including IP holders, to secure figure approvals.
• Provide coordination support for local and international talent sittings.

Job Requirements:

• A good understanding of the media industry.
• Basic understanding of financial forecasting and managing a budget.
• You will have a good knowledge of picture research and the way image banks work.
• Experienced in licensing media for a variety of uses.

Qualification & Experience:

• Adept at using creative software packages such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator as well as Microsoft Office and Word competency.
• Used to working in a fast-paced environment and ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Basic knowledge of copyright and intellectual property.
• Proficient organisational skills.
• Excellent eye for detail.
• Ability to work with a range of stakeholders internally and externally, building strong relationships across the business.
