Job Description:

We are looking for a hard-working, high energy Restaurant Manager to join our growing team of restaurant professionals in the Philadelphia area. As a Dunkin’ Donuts Restaurant Manager, you are responsible in managing the store’s financial performance, budgets, payroll and overall store operations. The Restaurant Manager will report directly to their District Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures customer satisfaction through effective and efficient service and a clean and pleasant environment.
• Manages financial performance to budgets, focusing on payroll, cash and receipts, productivity, food costs, security of funds and operating expenses and adheres to cash management policies
• Hire, promote, orientate, and retain effective crew talent.
• Responsible for duties such as ensuring that all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner according to all established procedures, performance standards, and specifications.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• English language and math skill proficient

Qualification & Experience:

• High school or equivalent
• Management: 3 years in food service, restaurant retail, or QSR related industry
