Job Description:
As a Bartender, you will be the creator and distributor of delicious and refreshing drinks and food. You’ll combine your skills as a mixologist with your natural flair for satisfying service to deliver a one-of-a-kind guest experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests and provide exceptional service
- Produce and serve bar drinks & food by following recipe and presentation standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Operate cash register
- Check and ensure appropriate drinking age
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol, following all company and state guidelines
- Keep areas clean and sanitary
- Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests
Qualification & Experience:
- Outstanding communication, customer service and cash handling skills
- Ability to learn/use point of sale system
- Cool, calm demeanor in stressful situations
- Ability to work with all food types, including food allergens
- Ability to complete ServSafe alcohol training
- Previous server/bartender experience required – at least one year preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
